Presentation by the Disaster Risk Reduction Center representative for the University of the West Indies at the High Level Policy Forum for Building the Resilience of Small Tourism Enterprises in the Caribbean to Disasters describing the development and content of ‘Model Post Disaster Open for Business Crisis Communication Strategy and Procedural Guide for Small Tourism Enterprises. The Guide was developed with support from the Organization of American States and undertaken in collaboration with CHTA, the Caribbean Tourism Organization, and CDEMA (the Caribbean Disaster and Emergency Management Agency).
